Thanks to the friend who pointed me in the direction of the free pattern. Now I just need some scraps of 4 ply to knit them with!

Welcome to my stitching blog, where I am planning to post about knitting, crochet and cross-stitch as the mood takes me. My mother taught me to knit and crochet as a child, so I can't remember a time when I couldn't knit. After fifteen years of doing lots of cross stitch but very little knitting I took up knitting and crochet again in 2008.

They are so cute that it hurts. I'm so desperate I might try knitting them with bamboo skewers and embroidery thread.
I was given a mess of patterns one came from a magazine and it was called cherub and was labeled #5 by any chance would you know of what magazine it might be from?
I'm sorry ... I have absolutely no idea!
